Workflow Management: The ApexZ was designed for paperless data management and, in addition to offering various paths to such a system, it has advanced workflow features.

SOP Sample Management: The ApexZ has presets, sampling plans and grid views that make it easy to set up and configure sampling processes.

Preset: A predefined SOP sampling procedure.

Error-Free Sampling: With the right SOP preset, a series of predefined procedures locked into the ApexZ is built into the instrument. This reduces the risk of operator error that could result from running the wrong SOP test in the wrong room or location.

Sampling Plans: The sampling plan workflow tool on the ApexZ allows the EM manager and technicians to validate the instrument and the cleanroom against SOP-specific test plans, ensuring SOP compliance and data compliance.

GridView: With the GridView function, operators can easily see the current sampling status. Locations are shown in a box format with the details of the location they contain, including the number of samples taken at that location. A green box means that sampling at that location is complete and has passed the test criteria.

Audit Trail: All actions are recorded in the Audit Trail file. The file stores 20000 records, and no user can delete these records.
